My dear husband is doing a half-marathon to give children a clean water source.

Many have to walk a mile or more to a water source that they share with animals. It’s more than just clean water to drink.

Due to the amount of time they have to spend, gathering water every day, clean water means that they can go to school. It means that they are less likely to be human trafficked or raped on their way to their water source.
